There are several reasons why your recurring buy would not execute successfully. Here are some examples of why your buy may have failed:
- You reached your daily USD deposit limit.
- You reached your instant deposit limit.
- Your bank account is no longer linked.
- Your Voyager account is no longer in good standing.
- Voyager could be experiencing network connectivity issues or maintenance/downtime.
In the event that your recurring buy fails, we will send you an email notification.
Failed recurring buys will not be reinitiated until the next scheduled buy.
