If your account was previously closed when it was in a status of good standing, Voyager may be able to re-open the account. In order to request re-opening of your account, please submit a ticket by clicking the Support section in the Voyager app. Please identify your closed account details, like your name, address, email address, and phone number in order to assist our review of your closed account. If your account is simply inactive, rather than closed, you may be able to reactivate your account by adding funds.
