How do I contact support?

There are a couple of ways to reach support: 

  1. In the Voyager app, tap the account icon, tap support, and tap the purple message icon in the lower right-hand corner. This will initiate a chat session with VAL, Voyager's virtual assistant, that will either answer a customer's question immediately, route directly to Live Messaging Support, or request that a ticket be submitted for more detailed analysis. We offer live messaging from 8 AM - 8 PM ET Monday - Friday.
