What is 2-Step Verification?

2-step verification (2FA) is an added security feature used when logging in to your Voyager account and withdrawing funds from your Voyager account. The feature is called 2FA because two different factors are needed to confirm the user’s identity before entering the app or withdrawing funds. In Voyager’s case, in addition to providing a username and password, the user must also provide an SMS verification code sent to their phone number, or an authentication code generated by an authenticator app.
